The Herzlia High School Premier Award winners are:

  • The Achvah Award: Mila Smith & Jonah Schwartz

Presented To the grade 12 pupil who best exemplifies the menschlichkeit for which Herzlia stands, showing exceptional generosity of spirit and awareness of human connectedness while at Herzlia  High School. This year it is awarded to two exceptional pupils who, through their conduct and relationships, best illustrate the spirit and essence of the award

  • The Principal’s Award: Gabriel Sieff

 For extraordinary service and commitment to the school endowed by the matric class of 1969 in honour of their 50th anniversary. This year the award goes to a most worthy recipient who is an outstanding school ambassador both on and off of the school campus 

  • The Union Of Orthodox Synagogues Cape Council Award: Liam Amsdorf & Olivia Diamond 

This year is awarded to two recipients who have both contributed significantly to the Judaic life of Herzlia High School over the past three years.

  • The Rossouw Van Zyl Memorial Award

This is a special award in recognition of having attained an average of 90% or more in the preliminary examinations 2021.

  • The Zalman Avin Memorial Award For The Best: Mila Smith

All-Rounder In Grade 12. This award goes to a recipient that has been involved in both the cultural and sporting life of the school and has also achieved academically and been in a leadership position.
