Herzlia is excited to include two new Junior Esports extra murals this year which will see pupils from Gr 4 – 6 participating in Rocket League tournaments as well as Minecraft League competitions. Esports requires pupils to work together as a team, offering them the opportunity to develop 21st Century skills such as communication and collaboration, as well as creative and critical thinking. Pupils are also exposed to various aspects relating to Esports, which include computer literacy, gaining an understanding of game mechanics and the ability to strategise.
